TREEADS, represented by LAMMC, took part in the prestigious “Green Horizons Summit 2024,” a satellite event of the European Commission’s Bioeconomy Changemakers Festival. This significant event occurred on March 13th, 2024, at the historic Vilnius Town Hall in Lithuania.
During the summit, TREEADS showcased its commitment to sustainability, adaptability, and versatility through an engaging presentation titled “LAMMC projects of the future.” This presentation highlighted the pivotal role of the TREEADS project in advancing sustainable practices and fostering innovation.
The audience comprised esteemed members of the scientific community, industry and technology partners, stakeholders, national authorities, institutions, and media representatives. It provided a platform for constructive dialogue on how initiatives like TREEADS contribute to the growth of the bioeconomy in Lithuania and the wider European Union.
The Summit, organised by AgriFood Lithuania and Research Council of Lithuania | Lietuvos mokslo taryba in partnership with the Innovation Agency Lithuania, the LithuaniaBIO, and Invest Lithuania, facilitated discussions among science, business, and policy experts on how programs like HORIZON EUROPE drive the development of the bioeconomy.
