TREEADS project participated in Nordic Fire & Safety Days (NFSD) 2024, on June 18th-19th in Lund, Sweden.
This biannual conference, organised by Nordic universities and research institutes, brought together experts, practitioners, and innovators in the field of fire safety.
More than 120 attendees, including industry/technology partners and a diverse group of key partners from the scientific community, national authorities and institutions had the opportunity to get information on different aspects and insights into fire dynamics, detection, structural safety, and more.
Hongyi Wu from Bundesanstalt Fuer Materialforschung Und -Pruefung (BAM) gave a enlightening presentation entitled“Experimental investigating flame propagation of vegetation fire in different scales”, introducing the experimental works included in the German Pilot activities and tasks.
