On March 20, 2024, TREEADS partners had the privilege to attend the 9th Exploitation and Social Impact Workshop. An enlightening presentation about the impact parameters of each Pilot was given by INNOV-ACTS, covering the key elements of the project’s Individual Exploitation Plan, based on the Exploitation Survey that was tried and tested.
On the first part of the workshop the importance of several methodologies and tools for Exploitation was emphasised, focusing on the Business Model & Value Proposition Canvas (BMC & VPS), the Market Aspects and all the relevant/competing/alternative substitute/products & services.
The Impact assessment methodology, as well as the challenges that arise throughout the execution of the project, both in terms of Social and Technical-Business aspects, were thoroughly discussed.
The presentation was highly informative about the socio-economic sustainability of the TREEADS results and kept the audience engaged and involved continuously. Congratulations to INNOV-ACTS for spearheading this insightful initiative!
