General Partner description
Diputación de Ávila is the provincial gobernemnt of Ávila, a province composed by 248 municipalities located in the center of Spain. The area of European Affairs Issues, Energy and Tourism works on the strategic development areas of the province and its municipalities.
The province of Avila has a large variety of lands and activities, with an important weight in terms of economical activity laid on Tourism and primary production and transformation.
Role in TREEADS project
The main role in TREEADS is the provision of Pilot Site, trying to extend the project advances to the territory and make the most of the improvements developed in the project.
There is also a work to do in the involvement of stakeholders related to fire risk prevention and Diputacion de Ávila in order to get its support and collaborate in the definition of the best strategies.
