The 7th Praxisdialog@vfdb: Forest Fires – Looking Back at 2022 and Possible Solutions for the Future took place on Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 15:00 to 16:30 via Zoom.
This online conference was opened and moderated by Dr. Christian Miller as Chairman of Division 3 and was attended by almost 150 people, members of National authorities, scientists, technology partners, and stakeholders.
During the meeting Dr. Andrea Klippel from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU) talked about the research at OVGU in regard to vegetation fire hazards and smoke toxicity. She also presented the project and the TREEADS German Pilot and had the chance to get into conversation with other participants.
